Southern Pork Chops
Very tender pork chops in a sweet & tangy tomato sauce.

4 thick pork chops, bone-in
1 tsp. spicy mustard per pork chop
1 tbsp. brown sugar per chop
1/4 C. chopped celery per chop
1 15-16 oz. can tomato sauce




Brown chops on both sides in a non-stick pan. Transfer chops to baking dish or pan Spread mustard on each, follow with brown sugar and celery. Top with tomato sauce. Cover tightly with tin foil Bake at 350 for 90 minutes.

Notes:
This dish is great as the pork is always tender even if reheated.
