Spinach Lasagna

1 15 oz container ricotta cheese
2 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided
3 eggs
2 28 oz jar pasta sauce
12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 16 oz pkg shredded mozzarella cheese




PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Line a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with Reynolds Wrap Release Non-Stick Foil with non-stick side toward food; set aside.

COMBINE ricotta cheese, spinach, 1 cup Parmesan cheese and eggs in a large bowl; set aside. Spread 1 1/2 cups pasta sauce in Release foil-lined pan. Arrange 3 noodles over sauce in a single layer; spoon 1 1/2 cups ricotta mixture over noodles. Sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.

REPEAT layering process two times. Arrange last 3 noodles over Mozzarella cheese; spoon remaining sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.

COVER with non-stick foil. Bake 45 minutes. Remove foil cover and continue baking 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
