Boston lettuce leaves
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Pureed fresh ginger
Soy sauce
Chili sauce
orange rind
sesame oil
Chopped garlic
peanuts




Mix ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chili sauce, orange rind, sesame oil. Reserve half of mixture; pour remainder over chicken and marinate for 1 hour. Grill chicken breasts and slice. Place chicken and peanuts (add bean sprouts if desired) onto lettuce, add sauce and wrap. Serve with rice.
