1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup mashed banana, (2-3 bananas)
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cup banana nut crunch cereal
1 cup chopped walnuts, (optional)




preheat oven 350`F
mix the first four ingredience in large bowl. beat eggs in small bowl, stir in bannanas,oil, and water. add to flour mix, stir just till moist. (batter will be lumpy) stir in cereal and walnuts. pour into 9x5 inch greased loaf pan.

bake 55-65 min., cool 10 min., and remove from pan.
