1 to 1-1/2#`s lean ground beef
1 egg
1 package crushed cracker crumbs
1 packet onion soup mix
minced garlic, (as much as you desire)
seasoning, (I use garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and little seasoning salt)
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Add 1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup and mix well. If too moist add more cracker crumbs. Place in bread pan, and form so that there is still enough space around edges that the loaf isn`t touching. Cover with tin foil, bake for one hour.
Take remaining can of cream of mushroom soup, add milk to can, and mix well. Pour contents over meatloaf, bake another 15 minutes uncovered.
