1/4 cup roasted meat stock
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 can (14 ounces) beef broth




In roasting pan or medium saucepan mix drippings and flour. Gradually stir in broth. Over medium heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve over roasted meat. Makes about 2 cups.
