1 loaf (11 3/4 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Frozen Monterey Jack and Jalapeno Cheese Bread
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
Sliced green onion
Chopped tomato
sour cream




Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut bread bag at one end. Place on baking sheet in center of oven. Bake 25 minutes or until hot.

In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.

Add salsa and heat through.

Remove bread from bag. Separate bread halves. Top with meat mixture, green onion, tomato, sour cream and remaining bread half. Cut into quarters. Makes 4 sandwiches.
