French Onion Beef & Pasta
Sautéed beef cubes and garlic simmered in Swanson® Beef Broth with Onion and red wine is served over pasta, topped with croutons and shredded Swiss cheese.

top round steak, cut into 1" cubes or 1 lb. beef sirloin
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14 oz.) Seasoned Beef Broth with Onion
1/2 cup dry red wine
Hot cooked corkscrew pasta
Shredded Swiss cheese

COAT beef with flour. Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and garlic and cook until browned, stirring often.

ADD broth and wine. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook 20 min. or until done.

PLACE pasta in bowls. Top with beef mixture, croutons and cheese.
