Vegetable Rice Pilaf

3/4 cup uncooked regular long grain white rice
1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth, (1 3/4 cups)
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
3/4 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 cup chopped green or red pepper

SPRAY saucepan with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add rice. Cook and stir 30 seconds. Stir in broth and basil. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min.

STIR in vegetables and pepper. Cover and cook 10 min. or until rice is done.
