1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 2 tsp. dried dried parsley flakes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
4 medium potatoes, (about 1 1/4 pounds), each cut into 8 wedges

Mix 1/2 cup picante sauce, beef, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, Worcestershire and 2 cloves garlic throughly. In large shallow-sided baking pan shape firmly into 8- by 4-inch loaf.

Mix oil and remaining garlic. Toss potatoes with oil mixture until evenly coated. Sprinkle with paprika. Place around meat loaf.

Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour or until meat loaf is no longer pink (160°F.). Pour remaining picante sauce over meat loaf before serving.
