Orange-Honey Glazed Chicken

1 pound fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons oil
3/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons poons prepared brown mustard
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 onion, peeled and thinly sliced




Dredge chicken breasts on bread crumbs, coating both sides. Transfer chicken to a 12-inch skillet with hot oil and brown over medium heat about 5 minutes each side.

In a small bowl, combine orange juice, honey, prepared brown mustard, cornstarch, garlic powder, tarragon and seasoned salt. Pour over partially cooked chicken. Place onion ringlets on top of chicken. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, about 25 minutes. Baste with the sauce occasionally. Remove from stove and serve hot.
