Vegetable cooking spray
1 cup uncooked regular long grain rice
1 small onions, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
2 1/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
3/4 cup frozen mixed vegetables

Spray medium saucepan with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat 1 min. Add rice and onion and cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Stir in broth and basil. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 min.

Add vegetables. Cover and cook 10 min. more or until rice is done and most of liquid is absorbed.
