Pace® Picante Marmalade Chicken

1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, (about 1 pound)
3/4 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1/3 cup orange marmalade
4 cups hot cooked rice




In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside. Pour off fat.

Add picante sauce and marmalade. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with rice.
