Pace® Spanish Seafood Stew
Fragrant, delicious and impressive, this stew should be more difficult to make--but its not! Heat together two varieties of Pace® Salsas, clam juice and white wine; add spicy chorizo sausage, fresh fish pieces and some clams. Simmer briefly until done. Served over rice, with crusty bread, this dish will transport you to San Francisco--or Barcelona!

1 jar (16 oz.) Pace® Cilantro Chunky Salsa
1 jar (16 oz.) Pace® Roasted Pepper & Garlic Chunky Salsa
1 bottle (8 oz.) clam juice
1/4 cup dry white wine or water
1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) chorizo sausage, sliced
2 1/2 lb. cod, haddock or snapper, fillets, cut into large pieces
24 little neck clams or mussels
Hot cooked rice




PLACE salsas, clam juice and wine in large saucepot. Add chorizo, fish and clams. Heat to a boil. Cover.

COOK over low heat 10 min. or until done. Serve over rice.
