1 can (14 ounces) vegetable broth
3 cups cut-up vegetables, *




In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, heat broth and vegetables to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Drain. *Use a combination of broccoli flowerets, cauliflower flowrets, sliced carrot and sliced celery.
