Orange Chicken & Vegetable Stir-Fry

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth, (1 3/4 cups)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut up
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups cut-up fresh vegetables, *
1/2 cup orange marmalade
4 cups hot cooked rice, cooked without salt

ADD cornstarch mixture and marmalade. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over rice.

MIX cornstarch, broth and soy.

SPRAY nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.

ADD garlic and vegetables and stir-fry 5 min.

For Extra Flavorful Rice: Cook rice in Swanson® Chicken Broth instead of water. No need to add salt or butter.
