Roasted Orange Cranberry Sauce

1 pkg. (12 oz.) fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup coarsely chopped orange
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth, (1 3/4 cups)

MIX cranberries, orange, brown sugar and cinnamon in roasting pan (17" x 15"). Pour broth over all.

ROAST at 450°F. for 25 min. or until mixture thickens. Refrigerate until serving time. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

TIP: Make a day in advance and chill overnight.
