Oodles of Pasta & Chicken
Two types of pasta cook in Swanson® Chicken Broth for a "big bowl" chicken noodle soup idea filled with chunks of chicken, carrots and broccoli.

3 1/2 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 cup uncooked corkscrew pasta
1 cup uncooked mafalda pasta or medium egg noodles
1 cup broccoli flowerets
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
Chopped fresh parsley

MIX broth, garlic and carrot in saucepan. Heat to a boil.

ADD pastas. Cook over medium heat 10 min.

ADD broccoli and chicken. Cook 5 min. or until broccoli is tender-crisp. Sprinkle with parsley.

This recipe is also great using Swanson® Natural Goodness™ or Certified Organic Chicken Broth in place of the regular chicken broth.
