Marinated Turkey Breast

1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth, (1 3/4 cups)
1 tsp. dried rosemary, leaves, crushed
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. Pepper
4 1/2 to 5-lb. turkey breast




MIX broth, rosemary, thyme and pepper in large deep nonmetallic dish. Add turkey and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hr., turning turkey occasionally.

REMOVE turkey from marinade. Roast according to pkg. directions, basting with broth mixture.

STAND 10 min. before slicing. Discard any remaining broth mixture.
