Swanson® Herb-Glazed New Potatoes
Thyme for a new side dish? These potatoes cooked in Swanson® Vegetable Broth will be a delicious accompaniment to chicken, pork or beef.

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Vegetable Broth
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
8 medium new potatoes, (about 2 lb.), cut into quarters
1 large carrot, sliced




MIX cornstarch and 2 tbsp. broth.

MIX remaining broth, thyme, potatoes and carrots in skillet. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until vegetables are tender. With slotted spoon, remove vegetables to serving dish.

ADD cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over vegetables.
