Swanson® Quick 'n' Easy Salmon
Salmon steaks cook to perfection when poached in Swanson® Chicken Broth, white wine and dill.

1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cups)
1/4 cup Chablis white wine or other dry white wine
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed, crushed
4 thin lemon slices
4 salmon steaks, 1" thick*

MIX broth, wine, dill and lemon in skillet. Heat to a boil.

PLACE fish in broth mixture. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until fish flakes easily. Discard poaching liquid.

*You can substitute 1 lb. fresh or frozen white fish fillets (cod, haddock or halibut), thawed for salmon. Reduce cooking time to 5 min.
