Swanson® Baked Zesty Fries
Moisten potato sticks with Swanson® Broth, toss with a chili powder and pepper mixture then bake for great-tasting seasoned spuds.

1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 large potatoes, (about 1 lb.), cut into 1/2" sticks
1/4 cup Swanson® Chicken Broth




MIX chili powder, garlic and pepper. Set aside.

TOSS potatoes with broth. Drain. Place potatoes on baking sheet. Add seasoning mixture. Toss until evenly coated. Arrange potatoes in single layer.

BAKE at 450°F. for 30 min. or until golden.
