Mustard Pork Chops

3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (14 oz.) beef broth
1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
6 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, sliced
6 cups hot cooked rice, cooked without salt

MIX cornstarch, broth and mustard.

SPRAY skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add chops and cook until browned. Remove chops. Remove skillet from heat and spray with cooking spray.

ADD mushrooms and onion and cook until tender and liquid is evaporated.

ADD cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Return chops to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with rice.
