Swanson® Vegetable Rice and Beans

1 can (14 oz.) SWANSON vegetable broth
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 medium carrots, chopped
2 small zucchini, coarsely chopped
1 cup uncooked regular long grain white rice
1 can (about 16 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 medium tomato, chopped




MIX broth, chili powder, garlic, pepper, carrots and zucchini in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and cook over low heat 20 min. or until rice is done.

ADD beans and tomato and heat through.
