Skinny Potatoes

3 1/2 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness or Certified Organic)
5 large potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 7 1/2 cups)
Generous dash ground black pepper





HEAT broth and pepper in saucepan to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in potato flakes until liquid is absorbed.

TIP: For creamier potatoes, add 1/4 cup milk and 2 tbsp. butter.

Swanson Kitchen Tip: This recipe is also great using Swanson® Natural Goodness™ or Certified Organic Chicken Broth in place of the regular chicken broth.
