Shrimp Stir-Fry
This ginger-flavored sauce starts with Swanson® Chicken Broth and sesame oil and gives a wonderful flavor to this seafood stir-fry.

3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Natural Goodness™ Chicken Broth, or Certified Organic Chicken Broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sesame oil, (optional)
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 lb. fresh or frozen medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
4 cups cut-up vegetables, *
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
4 cups hot cooked rice

MIX cornstarch, broth, soy and sesame oil.

HEAT half the oil in skillet. Add shrimp and stir-fry until done. Remove shrimp.

ADD remaining oil. Add vegetables, ginger and garlic powder and stir-fry until tender-crisp.

ADD cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Return shrimp to skillet and heat through. Serve over rice.

*Use a combination of very thinly sliced carrots, green pepper cut in 2" strips and green onion cut in 1" pieces.
