Pace® Shrimp in a Half Shell
Sharp cheese, roasted garlic and tomato combined with the fresh flavor of shrimp all star in this crowd-pleasing casserole. Pace® Salsa, chopped shrimp, feta cheese and heavy cream are stirred together with herbs and piped into giant pasta shells. Baked until hot and bubbly, this pasta dish is a real winner.

18 jumbo pasta shells
1 jar (16 oz.) Pace® Roasted Pepper & Garlic Chunky Salsa
1/2 lb. cooked medium shrimp, shelled and chopped
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese, (3 oz.)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed

COOK pasta according to pkg. directions. Drain.

MIX together 1 cup salsa, shrimp, feta, 1/4 cup Parmesan, egg, cream, bread crumbs and thyme. Spread remaining salsa in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Fill each cooked shell with about 2 tbsp. shrimp mixture and place in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Cover with aluminum foil.

BAKE at 350°F. for 35 min. or until hot and bubbly.
