Pace® Chicken with Picante Peach Salsa
This jazzed-up grilled chicken sports a sweet-and-spicy glaze with peach preserves, Pace® Picante and chili powder. Served at the table with extra peach-picante salsa, this chicken makes a real head-turner entrée.

2/3 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 can (about 15 oz.) peach halves in heavy syrup, drained and diced
1/3 cup chopped green pepper or 1/3 cup chopped red pepper
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
6 boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup peach preserves or 1/2 cup apricot preserves

MIX 1/3 cup picante sauce, lime juice, peaches, pepper and onions. Reserve peach salsa.

MIX cumin and chili powder. Season chicken with cumin mixture. Mix remaining picante sauce and preserves.

GRILL 15 min. or until done, turning and brushing often with preserve mixture. Discard remaining preserve mixture.

SERVE chicken with peach salsa.
