Pace® Garlic Grilled Chicken
A marinade of lime, garlic and Pace® Picante Sauce seasons succulent chicken breast strips to perfection. Skewered and grilled quickly, these island-style chicken brochettes make a quick but sophisticated grill dinner.

4 boneless chicken breast halves
3/4 cup Pace® Picante Sauce or Pace® Chunky Salsa
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground cumin

PLACE chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Pound chicken to 1/2" thickness, using meat mallet or rolling pin. Cut lengthwise into 1" strips.

MIX picante sauce, oil, lime juice, garlic and cumin. Add chicken and toss to coat.

THREAD chicken accordion-style on 8 skewers. Reserve picante sauce mixture. Grill 10 min. or until done, turning and brushing often with reserved picante sauce mixture. Discard remaining picante sauce mixture.
