Pace® Baked Potatoes Ole
Bold flavors of Pace® Picante and chili powder enliven ground beef for spooning into hot baked potatoes. Top these Southwestern-inspired spuds with shredded Cheddar cheese.

1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
4 hot baked potatoes, split
Shredded Cheddar cheese




In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef and chili powder until beef is browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.

Add picante sauce. Reduce heat to low and heat through. Serve over potatoes. Top with cheese.



To bake potatoes, pierce potatoes with fork. Bake at 400°F. for 1 hour or microwave on HIGH 12 to 16 min. OR until fork-tender.
