Pace® Spicy Chicken Chili Mac
A favorite skillet supper, chili mac is enhanced here with cooked chicken, garlic and Pace® Picante Sauce. Serve portions topped with shredded cheese, sour cream and chopped cilantro.

1 can (14 1/2 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, cut up
2 1/2 cups water
1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
2 cups cubed cooked chicken or cooked turkey

MIX tomatoes, water, picante sauce, chili powder, garlic and salt in skillet. Heat to a boil. Stir in pasta. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min. or until done, stirring often.

ADD chicken and heat through. Garnish with shredded cheese and sour cream if desired.
