1/4 cup olive oil
8 Chicken thighs, skin removed
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jar (16 oz.) Pace® Picante Sauce
4 fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped
Crushed red pepper
Hot cooked white or brown rice

HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add onion and garlic and cook 2 min.

ADD picante sauce, basil and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min. or until done. Serve over rice.
