Pace® Potato Frittata

1/4 cup butter or margarine
4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. dried basilleaves, crushed or 1 tbsp. chopped fresh basilleaves
8 eggs, beaten
1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

HEAT butter in oven-safe skillet. Add potatoes, mushrooms, onions and basil. Cover and cook 10 min. or until potatoes are tender.

POUR in eggs. Bake at 350°F. for 20 min. or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

TOP with picante sauce and cheese. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
