1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
16 ounces ricotta cheese
3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 jars spaghetti sauce




Combine thawed spinach and ricotta cheese, add two cups of mozzerella and the parmesan cheese. Beat well. Add egg, herbs, salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Preheat oven to 350. Add enough spaghetti sauce to cover 9x13 baking dish. Spoon ricotta mixture into cooled pasta shells. Place shells on spaghetti, seams down. Top with enough sauce to cover completely. Add remaining mozzerella cheese. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
