3 Lg eggs
3 1/2 Cups Matzoh Farfel, or 6 Matzoh boards crumbled
1/2 Lb Cheddar cheese
1 Stick butter or margarine, (Cut into 16 pieces)
1 Cup milk
1 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp white pepper
1 pt sour cream

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2qt Casserole dish
2. Empty farfel or matzoh into casserole dish
3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs well , mix in milk, sour cream , salt and
4. Grate cheese and mix into farfel.
5. Pour egg mixture over farfel and cheese mixture along with 1/2 of the
butter and fold until well coated.
6. Use remaining butter to top farfel mixture
7. Cover and Bake for 30 min., Remove cover and bake an additional 10-15 min
more until set.
