Chicken Caesar Salad

1/4 cup Romano or Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon CROSSE & BLACKWELL® Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
12 ounces cooked chicken, cut into bite-size strips (about 2 1/4 cups)
1 cup croutons, (optional)




COMBINE cheese, mayonnaise, water, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in small bow; mix until creamy.

COMBINE lettuce, chicken and dressing in large serving bowl; toss well to coat. Sprinkle with croutons.
