1 pound dried penne pasta, kept warm, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water, cooked
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
5 cloves (large) garlic, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
8 cups (10 ounces) Swiss chard or 8 cups spinach leaves, or Swiss chard, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1/4 cup (1 ounce) Romano cheese, divided, shredded
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

HEAT 1 tablespoon olive oil in large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and crushed red pepper; cook for 30 seconds. Add Swiss chard; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes or until Swiss chard is wilted.

STIR in reserved cooking water, pasta, and remaining olive oil. Sprinkle with pine nuts, 3 tablespoons cheese, and black pepper. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
