2 cups pineapple, diced fresh or canned , drained
1/2 cup CROSSE & BLACKWELL® Shrimp Sauce
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
3 tablespoons cilantro, fresh, finely chopped
2 tablespoons jalapeno, diced
1 teaspoon lime juice, fresh
1/4 teaspoon salt




COMBINE pineapple, shrimp sauce, bell pepper, cilantro, jalapeno , lime juice, and salt in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour.
