Moist And Chewy Chocolate Cake

1 recipe Chocolate Cake:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
3 packets NESTLÉ ® TOLL HOUSE ® Choco Bake Unsweetened Chocolate Flavor
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 recipe Rich Chocolate Frosting
3 cups to 3 1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 packets NESTLÉ ® TOLL HOUSE ® Choco Bake Unsweetened Chocolate Flavor
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt




FOR CAKE:

BEAT sugar, butter, Choco Bake and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl for 4 minutes. Add eggs; beat well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; beat into sugar mixture alternately with milk.

SPREAD into two well-greased 9-inch round baking pans or one 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

BAKE in preheated 350° F. oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan(s) for 15 minutes; invert onto wire rack(s) to cool completely. Frost with Rich Chocolate Frosting.

FOR RICH CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

BEAT sugar, milk, butter, Choco Bake, vanilla extract and salt in small mixer bowl until smooth and creamy.
