Creamy Garlic Dip With Crudites

1 cup sour cream, (8-oz. Container)
1/2 cup NESTLÉ ® Carnation ® Nonfat Dry Milk
2 tablespoon green onions, 2, (about 2 medium)
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
1 platter assorted vegetables, for dipping

COMBINE sour cream, dry milk, green onions, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl; stir until smooth. Serve with vegetables.

Makes 1¼ cups.

For a lower fat dip, substitute 8-ounce container light or nonfat sour cream for sour cream.
