Papaya and Green Chile Relish

4 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 cups papaya, diced
1 can (4-oz.) ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons cilantro, fresh
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper




COMBINE vinegar, honey and garlic in medium bowl.

Add papaya, chiles, onion, cilantro and cayenne pepper; toss gently.

Season with salt.
