Southwest Black Bean and Rice Bake

2 cups cooked rice
1 jar ORTEGA® Salsa Prima Homestyle Mild, (1 lb.)
1 can tomatoes, (15.5 oz.) diced and drained
1 can black beans, (15.5 oz.) rinsed and drained
1 can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles, (4 oz.) drained
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup corn chips, crushed




PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.

COMBINE rice, salsa, tomatoes, beans and chiles in large bowl. Add sour cream, green onions, and Monterey Jack cheese. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese and corn chips.

BAKE for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
