Plum Tomatoes With Fettuccine and Mozzarella

1 package (9-oz) BUITONI® refrigerated Fettuccine
1 pound plum tomatoes, chopped
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons basil, fresh , chopped
1 tablespoon Parsley, fresh , chopped
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated

COMBINE tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, basil and parsley in a medium bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes.

PREPARE pasta according to package directions. Toss pasta with tomato mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese.
