Spinach Soufflé Meatloaf

1 1/2 pounds lean beef, ground
1 package STOUFFER'S® frozen Spinach Soufflé, (12 oz.) defrosted, according to pkg. directions
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup bread crumbs

PREHEAT oven to 350°.

COMBINE ground beef, spinach soufflé, mashed potatoes, egg and breadcrumbs in medium bowl. Transfer to 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

BAKE for 40 to 45 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
