1 pound cooked bay shrimp
1 can (14.5 oz.) recipe-ready tomatoes, diced, drained
1 cup white onion, chopped
1 can (4 oz.) ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
3 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
3 tablespoon lime juice
1 can (16 oz.) ORTEGA® Refried Beans with Jalapenos, warmed
1 package (10 ct.) ORTEGA® Tostada Shells, warmed
2 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, shredded

COMBINE shrimp, tomatoes, onion, chiles, cilantro, vegetable oil and lime juice in medium bowl; cover. (May be prepared ahead and refrigerated.)

SPREAD about 2 tablespoons beans over each tostada shell. Top with 1/4 cup lettuce and 1/2 cup shrimp mixture.
