2 jars (16 oz.ea.) ORTEGA® Salsa Prima - Homestyle Mild
1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn
1 can (7 oz.) ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
1 tablespoon or more ORTEGA® Diced Jalapenos
3 cups coarsely crushed tortilla chips, divided
3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese

PREHEAT oven to 375° F. Lightly grease 2-quart casserole.

COMBINE salsa, corn, chiles and jalapeno in medium bowl. Layer 1 cup chips, 1 1/2 cups salsa mixture and 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese in bottom of prepared casserole. Repeat layers 2 more times ending with cheese.

BAKE for 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted; top with cheddar cheese. Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cool on wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes. Top with green onions and sour cream, if desired.
