3 lbs 1.4 kg boneless beef roast, (such as eye of round) or 1 tsp 5 ml beef bouillon, powder or 1/2 (125 ml) cup boiling water




Stir bouillon powder and boiling water together in a small cup. Pour over beef. Cover in crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Make gravy with remaining juice from beef.
