When you’re in the mood for easy, fun appetizers, try these mini tacos. They’re a snap to make with wonton wrappers, and the Pace® Picante Sauce adds great flavor. Pace® Chunky Salsa topping is the finishing touch!

24 wonton skins, wrappers
1 pound lean ground beef
1 package (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix
2 tablespoons Pace® Picante Sauce
1/2 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
1 cup cheese, shredded mexican blend

PREHEAT oven to 425°F.

PRESS wonton wrappers into mini-muffin cups.

COOK beef in skillet until browned. Drain off fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix and picante sauce.

SPOON beef mixture into wonton cups. Top with salsa and cheese.

BAKE about 8 min. or until wontons are golden brown.

SERVE immediately with additional salsa. Garnish with sour cream and sliced ripe olives, if desired. Makes 24 appetizers.
