1 1/2 pounds elbow macaroni, hot, cooked
2 packages (1.25 to 1.8 ounces) white sauce mix
5 cups milk
1 tablespoon onion flakes, dehydrated
1 teaspoon dry mustard
4 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup bread crumbs, plain, soft
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1. Preheat oven to 375° F. In medium saucepan, over medium heat, whisk together white sauce mix and milk; stir in onion flakes and mustard. Cook, whisking constantly, until mixture boils and is just thickened. Remove from heat and stir in 3 cups cheese.

2. In a large bowl, place hot macaroni and pour cheese sauce over macaroni. Mix well, then stir in remaining 1 cup of cheese. Turn mixture into baking dish; sprinkle with breadcrumbs; dot with butter. Bake 25-30 minutes, until top is crusty and mixture is heated through.

3. Cool; cut to fit in 2 Rock 'N Serve™ Large Shallow rectangular containers or Rock 'N Serve™ Medium Shallow rectangular containers. Apply seals with rocker vents in closed position. Freeze up to 2 months or refrigerate up to 3 days.

4. From freezer, for each Large container, rock vent to open. Defrost (30% power) 10-15 minutes, until mixture is stirrable; stir. Re-apply seal with vent open; heat on Medium High (70% power) 12-14 minutes, until heated through. From refrigerator, rock vent to open. Microwave on Medium High (70% power) 8-12 minutes, until heated through. To serve Medium containers from freezer, for each container, rock vent to open. Defrost for 10-12 minutes, until stirrable; stir. Re-apply seal and heat on Medium High 7-9 minutes, until heated through.
