Sea Bass Salad

12 ounces fresh halibut, or sea bass, about 1-inch thick
4 cups mixed salad greens, torn
3 carrots, pared and sliced on the diagonal
1 small ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing, bottled
lime slices, for garnish (optional)
kale, red leaves for garnish (optional)
fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish (optional)




1. In an OvenWorks 2-quart round Casserole, place fish. Cover and microwave on High 3-4 minutes until flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove and set aside to cool; when cool, cut fish into 1-inch cubes.

2. In a Thatsa Bowl Jr., toss together salad greens, carrots and avocado. Add fish cubes and toss lightly. In each of the 4 shell-shaped dishes or on salad plates, arrange salad, then top each with dressing. Garnish each dish, if desired with lime slices, red kale and thyme sprigs.
